LIVEbe, a premier apartment developer and operator, announced today that move-ins at The Remy Phase II, an amenity-driven apartment community in the Harkins District of Prince George’s County, are starting. The community, which complements the original phase of The Remy, started preleasing in November and residents began moving in earlier this month.
The Remy Phase II features 268 apartment homes and is the long-anticipated supplement to the highly regarded original phase, which began leasing in 2017 and has been recognized with a bevy of service-related awards.

Located at 7700 Harkins Road, The Remy Phase II features a collection of lifestyle-enhancing amenities similar to its predecessor, and residents from each community will have access to both amenity spaces. One primary difference is that Phase II will be a pet-free building, allowing LIVEbe to cater to both the pet owning demographic—the original phase allows them—and those who wish to live in a pet-free environment. Residents of Phase II will also enjoy a regular calendar of wide-ranging community events.

The Remy communities enable a commuter-friendly resident experience with immediate access to the New Carrollton Station, which provides access to Baltimore, Washington, D.C., New York City and Philadelphia via Amtrak and Metrorail. The community offers shuttle service to the station. The nearby MARC train offers an additional transit option, and key Baltimore/D.C. thoroughfare Interstate 95/495 is a short drive from the community.
The Remy Phase II consists of studio, one- and two-bedroom homes with various layouts and an average square footage of more than 750. Community amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool and sundeck, rooftop lounge, two courtyards, outdoor fitness equipment, grilling stations, clubrooms and game rooms, billiards and foosball tables, movie screening room, Smiota package lockers, refrigerated lockers and resident lounge areas throughout the common areas. The community also caters to the ever-increasing remote worker with teleworking spaces and a conference room. The amenities complement those of the original phase, which include a rooftop lounge, hydrotherapeutic saltwater pool, gamers gallery and telecommuting spaces.
