Grace Hill, the leading provider of technology-enabled performance solutions for the real estate industry, today announced the launch of Live Video Intelligence, the first AI-powered tool built for the industry to enhance live virtual leasing. This marketing innovation marks a significant milestone in Grace Hill’s strategic expansion following its 2024 acquisition of Realync, the leader in virtual leasing and video technology for the multifamily industry.

Historically, it has been challenging to evaluate the performance of live video tours. Zidan Management Group, a leading multifamily operator and developer based in Indianapolis, oversees 22 communities and more than 5,000 units and participated in Realync’s beta program for Live Video Intelligence. The company deployed the new solution at communities in Chicago, evaluating more than 50 tours. Zidan was impressed with the program’s results and believes it will play a vital role in the growth of their leasing teams.
