Demetrios Barnes

Demetrios leads the support, marketing, field operations, and account services teams. With over a decade of experience in property management operations, he is passionate about helping owners and operators understand the innovations technology can produce, while forging strong interpersonal relationships and participating in thought leadership discussions. Mr. Barnes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University.


Joseph Batdorf

President, J Turner Research

For more than 35 years, Joseph Batdorf has contributed to the multifamily industry with his entrepreneurship and vision to introduce path-breaking solutions. Batdorf oversees J Turner Research’s strategic growth. He has been engaged as a panelist and presenter in the industry for several years. Batdorf’s various speaking engagements include presenting in the 2009, 2010, 2012 NAA Education Conference, 2010 NAA Student Housing Conference, and participating as a panelist for the Multifamily Executive’s General Session on Concept Community for five consecutive years since 2012.


Ash Bell

Chief Revenue Officer, Spruce

A renowned apartment industry veteran, Ash has focused his career leading, developing, and advising Proptech companies that have transformed multifamily operations. Today he is CRO of Spruce, a lifestyle services company serving the apartment industry operating in seven markets and rapidly expanding its footprint nationwide. Prior to joining Spruce, Ash was EVP of Strategic Partnerships at home relocation tech startup Updater. Before Updater, Ash was Vice President of Multifamily Sales Operations and Partner at The Rainmaker Group. Ash holds a B.A. from Malone University.


Paul Bergeron

Paul Bergeron has reported on the apartment industry and property management for 20 years. Most recently, he was Editor in Chief for National Apartment Association’s UNITS magazine. Currently, he is providing content marketing services to apartment operators and service providers. Dom Beveridge

Principal, D2 Demand Solutions

Dom Beveridge has more than 20 years’ experience in consulting, revenue management, technology and marketing.  As a recognized thought leader in multifamily, Dom regularly publishes white papers and blogs, including the annual “20 for ’20” report on the C-Suite perspective on technology and operations.  Before joining D2 Demand, Dom held leadership roles with Rainmaker LRO and RealPage.  His previous experience spanned three continents and included the implementation, design and ultimately selling of enterprise revenue management with Talus Solutions (the creators of LRO).


John Bradford

CEO, PetScreening

John graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Engineering and obtained an Executive MBA from University of Memphis.  He is the founder of two start-up companies: PetScreening.com and Park Avenue Properties and also served two terms in the NC House of Representatives. He started his companies after working 14-years in corporate America for ExxonMobil and IBM Corporation. 


Jennifer Chestnutt

Vice President of Marketing, Fetch

Leading marketing for Fetch, Jen Chestnutt is responsible for marketing, branding, and overall communications. Leading a small team of talented individuals, she manages an array of Fetch’s initiatives and programs, including advertising, public relations, email marketing, social media campaigns, and events and sponsorships. A creative problem solver and strategic thinker, Jen has almost 20 years of experience in the field and 15 of those as a leader in the multifamily industry. She holds a BFA in graphic design and advertising from Savannah College of Art and Design.


Terry Danner

CEO, SightPlan

Terry Danner brings almost 30 years of experience to his role of Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for leading SightPlan’s strategic direction and partnering with other industry suppliers to solve the challenges of multifamily operations. Prior to joining SightPlan, Terry founded Riverstone Residential, which was acquired by Greystar and spent time working on-site, in regional roles, and in building successful management operations.

Donald is known as a thought leader in the multifamily industry, particularly in places where technology and people meet. Perhaps best known for leading the development and implementation of Lease Rent Options (LRO), the industry’s first automated demand forecasting and price optimization system, he is equally accomplished in the areas of business intelligence, sales performance improvement and marketing analytics. Donald is highly sought for “C suite” consulting on operational issues that drive significant ROI, and by technology vendors for product design and “go to market” strategies.


Karen Gladney

As the Co-Founder of Power Pro, Karen drives the company’s strategic initiatives, leads its marketing and client-touch services, and is responsible for promoting the company’s vision. She believes strongly in operating with integrity, sharing knowledge and being passionate about what you do. Karen began her career by helping new developments and communities with high vacancy rates improve their leasing efforts. Over her more than two decades in the multifamily industry, she has overseen the optimization of leasing at more than 70 new developments, more than 30 rehabilitated communities and more than 100 assets in other situations.


Chase Harrington

President and Chief Operating Officer, Entrata

Chase Harrington currently serves as Entrata’s President and Chief Operating Officer, where he oversees ongoing business operations, sales, and product strategies. Since joining the company in 2009, Harrington has been focused on building the company’s world-class technology platform. His dedication to his work and his clients has earned him top recognition both within the company and among industry peers, including regular speaking opportunities at the National Apartment Association Education and Student Housing conferences. He holds a BS as well an MBA from Brigham Young University. 


Lindsey Holland

Vice President of Accounts, LeaseLock

Lindsey moved to proptech after a fruitful career overseeing operations, sales and client services for high profile apartment developments. From her first job as a leasing specialist at her college apartment community in Kentucky, to Co-Founder and Vice President of Marketing at HomeMe, finding businesses the right customer is kinda her thing. Today, Lindsey leverages more than 15 years of experience in property management, spanning 30 states and 40+ markets, in her role as Vice President of Accounts for LeaseLock as they become the category leader in security deposit replacement. Bourbon-aided brainstorm sessions with the best team doesn’t hurt either.


Todd Katler

Steve Lefkovits

Owner & Executive Producer, Joshua Tree Conference Group

Steve Lefkovits is owner and executive producer at Joshua Tree Conference Group and Joshua Tree Consulting. JTCG provides content-rich executive education for the multifamily housing industry. Its events include the Apartment Internet Marketing Conference, Multifamily Technology and Entrepreneurship Conference, Multifamily Innovation Conference – Atlanta and co-producer of the MAXIMIZE: Multifamily Asset Management Conference. He is also a partner in RealtyCom Partners, LLC. RealtyCom is the multifamily housing industry’s largest telecommunications consulting firm.


Virgina Love

Industry Principal, Entrata

Virginia Love joined Entrata in 2019 as an Industry Principal on the company’s executive team. She is directly involved with marketing, product, and sales as a liaison from the industry to these departments. With more than 27 years of industry experience, Love has served on a variety of multifamily committees and boards for industry organizations including the Atlanta Apartment Association, Georgia Apartment Association, National Apartment Association, National Multi Housing Council, Zillow Multifamily Advisory Board, Multifamily Social Media Summit Advisory Board and more. Love is a National Apartment Association Lyceum graduate.


Reichen Kuhl, Esq.

President and Co-Founder, LeaseLock

Since 1992 Virginia has built a career as one of the leading ladies of the multifamily industry. Did Reichen Kuhl is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, a nine-year Air Force veteran, graduate of Loyola Law School, and a member of the State Bar of California. After being denied housing in New York City because he did not earn the requisite 80x the monthly rent to live at a property, Reichen co-founded LeaseLock, the first and only nationwide Lease Insurance program. Today he manages to overall business direction of the company.  


Wendy Simpson

VP of Marketing, Edgewood & Vantage Management

Wendy oversees the Marketing Department for Edgewood and Vantage and all related initiatives including online and multi-channel media, promotional campaigns, branding, reputation management, social media and leasing strategies. She joined Edgewood and Vantage with more than 15 years of experience in marketing, training and sales in property management, investment, new construction and redevelopment. Wendy’s past experience includes serving as Marketing Director for AIMCO’s East Coast redevelopment division. Wendy has an MBA from Strayer University.


Brent Steiner

Founder and CEO, Engrain

Brent Steiner is an expert in digital branding and emerging technologies for real estate. His data-visualization insights help companies leverage existing datasets into more actionable resources for driving revenue and increasing ROI. At Engrain, where he is founder and CEO, his extensive background in design, user experience and technology spurred the innovation of the award-winning TouchTour and Sight Map product lines.


Beth Tuttle

Vice President of Marketing, LMC

Beth Tuttle strategically plans and executes Marketing and Branding for LMC, A Lennar Company. She is responsible for the recent LMC rebranding efforts as well as collaborating with the amazing LMC marketing team to support pre-development, marketing and promotion, and reputation management for a national portfolio of new construction projects. Beth has been a speaker at many multifamily conferences, including AIM, Interface, Crittenden Multifamily Conference and AAGD. She graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in psychology.


Vince Wong

Director of Collective Impact, Michelson Found Animals

With over two decades of work in legislative affairs and community participation, Vince Wong serves as Director of Collective Impact for the Michelson Found Animals Foundation. As Found Animals’ liaison to elected officials, government agencies and civic organizations, he spearheads its public policy and civic engagement initiatives including research on the vital effects pets have on human health and aligning the conversation with what pets in society means.


Blerim Zeqiri

CEO, Radix

Blerim founded Radix – a cloud-based market survey platform – to provide true submarket, competitive data to the multifamily industry. Prior to founding Radix, he was VP of Acquisitions/Investment for Progress Residential and spent over a decade with Alliance Residential as VP of Acquisitions, VP of Asset Management and Director of Revenue and Research. He earned a B.S. in Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University.
