Quarterra, QuadReal Start Construction on Seattle Project
Quarterra Multifamily and QuadReal Property Group have broken ground on their third multifamily project together in the Seattle area. The joint venture completed the subsurface work and started vertical construction on The Piper Apartments, which is expected to see its first move-ins in mid-2024.
Quarterra Begins Construction in Boston
Quarterra Multifamily has begun construction on a 256-unit community in Boston’s Allston, Mass., neighborhood. Harper, located at 40 Rugg Road, is designed to achieve a LEED Gold certification. The community will include two rooftop decks and 11,000 square feet of green space.
Quarterra Announces Promotions of Cassidy, Johnson and Reisinger
