Mill Creek Welcomes First Residents at Modera St. Paul

Mill Creek Residential has officially welcomed its first residents to Modera St. Paul, a 16‑story, mixed‑use community in Downtown Dallas. Featuring 333 apartments and 3,600  square feet of street‑level retail, the community boasts a curated collection of amenities, including a karaoke speakeasy, podcast and recording studios and a vintage arcade inspired by Texas movie director Wes Anderson. Residents are just steps away from a dynamic mix of entertainment venues, parks and more than 200 establishments.
