Mill Creek Announces Start of Preleasing at Modera Aventura

Mill Creek Residential has officially launched preleasing for its new luxury apartment community, Modera Aventura, located in the quickly revitalizing Ojus neighborhood of northeast Miami-Dade County. Featuring 420 homes and 6,400 square feet of ground-floor retail, the community is set for its first move-ins this November. A second phase—Modera Aventura South—will add 251 units and 2,510 square feet of additional retail.
