Ally Waste Expands National Partnership With Gables Residential

Hamilton Zanze Adds Two Communities to Evergreen Fund

San Francisco-based Hamilton Zanze added two communities totaling 432 apartment homes to its Evergreen Fund, the company’s diversified real estate investment vehicle that pools multifamily assets into an actively managed portfolio. HZ added Ecco Apartments in Eugene, Ore. and The Kingson in Fredericksburg, Va. to the fund, which now features 12 properties across the U.S.

More Developments Getting Mothballed Because Of Spiking Costs

Developers are continuing to wait on commercial projects as soaring diesel prices, the elevated cost of construction materials and tariffs are short-circuiting long-planned multifamily projects. For instance, a planned transformation of a 51-story Atlanta building into apartments, retail and entertainment space has been put on the shelf, in addition to an approved major redevelopment plan in Virginia that would have added 700 residential homes and retail.
