Mill Creek Residential announced the acquisition of Alister Sunset Valley, a garden-style apartment community in the heart of South Austin. The three-story community, formerly known as The Park on Brodie Lane, features 290 apartment homes and was originally built in 1997.

Brickstone Partners, a full-service real estate investment and development firm located in Nashville, Tenn., today announced the $81 million acquisition and renovation of 288 units comprised of the Landmark and Stone Creek apartment communities adjacent to Colorado State University.

CAPREIT has acquired Parkway Gardens, a senior affordable apartment community located less than three miles east of Downtown St. Paul. CAPREIT will renovate the five-story community, which features 160 apartment homes and commuter-friendly access to the Twin Cities.
