Berman Enterprises Acquires The Current at Watershed Townhomes
Berman Enterprises, a leading real estate investment firm, today announced it has acquired The Current at Watershed, a premier rental townhome community in Maryland’s Anne Arundel County. The community, which features 97 townhomes, will be managed by LIVEbe Communities, the multifamily division of Berman Enterprises.
