Hamilton Zanze Announces Sale of Harvest Station
Hamilton Zanze, a leading San Francisco-based multifamily real estate investment firm, announced today that it has sold Harvest Station, a 119-unit garden-style community in Broomfield, Colo. The firm sponsored the acquisition of the property in November 2016 and closed the sale on Aug. 28.
