Calibre One announced the Grace Hill CEO Kendall Pretzer is part of the 2024 list of “Top 25 Women Leaders in U.S. PE-Backed Software.” Pretzer has over 30 years of multifamily and commercial real estate experience, including Trammell Crow Residential, Gables Residential, R&B Commercial Management and Security Capital/Archstone companies. She oversees Grace Hill’s mission to be the leading SaaS solution that helps owners and operators increase property performance, reduce operating risk and grow top talent. Kendall joined the team in 2018 after Grace Hill purchased her company, and was named CEO in May 2021.
