PetScreening, which offers the rental housing industry’s first and leading pet policy management software at no charge to property owners and managers, today announced that Senior Director of Multifamily Pat Patterson has been named a 2023 Multifamily Influencer by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. As part of the award, Patterson is profiled in the publication’s October issue and is also recognized on GlobeSt.com.
“We are extremely proud of Pat for receiving this great honor,” said John Bradford, founder and CEO of PetScreening. “She has enjoyed a tremendous career in rental housing, holding critical leadership roles with both multifamily operators and supplier partners. In her time at PetScreening, Pat’s leadership, boundless expertise, strategic know-how and commitment to innovation have played an indispensable part in the growth and success of our company.”
In her current role, Patterson helps PetScreening’s clients and the multifamily industry at large recognize the value of welcoming pets and assistance animals, and the importance of addressing the various issues that accompany them. She partners with the company’s largest multifamily clients and works with them to address their overall pet policies to help attract and retain residents.
Prior to joining PetScreening in 2017, Patterson held key sales, marketing and leasing positions at CoStar Group, Invitation Homes, RealPage, RentPath and Equity Residential. Over the course of her 30-plus-year career, she has been part of the teams that created and launched the Yieldstar revenue-management solution, Apartment Guides and PetScreening. She has served on the National Apartment Association’s Board of Directors and is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences.
“I am truly honored to be named a Multifamily Influencer,” Patterson said. “It is immensely humbling to see my name alongside the other award winners. There is no doubt in my mind that this award is, in no small part, the result of the success and flourishing profile of PetScreening. Every day, I have the privilege of working with extremely talented team members who make my job easier and with wonderful clients who are dedicated to responsibly serving the needs of residents with pets and assistance animals.”
