Grace Hill announced the launch of its new KingsleySurveys Partner Program. Leveraging KingsleySurveys' industry-leading analytics platform, the program helps multifamily and commercial real estate (CRE) property managers respond to resident and tenant feedback with targeted solutions.

Fetch, the first and only offsite package management solution for apartment communities, today announced a partnership with Stride, the pioneer in portable benefits technology, to help guide delivery partners through the complexities of independent work, including insurance and taxes.

Fetch announced an initiative to solve the unique package management issues facing student housing operators. Multifamily operators with both market rate and student housing communities in their portfolios estimate their student housing properties receive between 30% and 50% more packages.

Fetch announced the opportunity for immediate rollout of its offsite package solution before the holiday e-commerce crunch. Last year, Fetch clients saw a nearly 20% increase in package volume during November and December, compared to the same period in 2021.

Fetch today announced a significant update to its driver software platform as the company works toward a fully accessible, transparent business model. Fetch is also investing more into the Preferred Driver Program to recognize and reward its highest performing delivery partners.

The round, which brings the Company’s total funding to more than $32 million, was led by Iron Gate Capital and Pando Ventures, with participation from existing investors Signal Peak Ventures, Silverton Partners, Seamless, and Venn Ventures.
