Quarterra Multifamily, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation and a vertically integrated multifamily builder, developer, and property manager, initiated leasing at Hawkins, a striking new mid-rise apartment building in San Francisco's newest neighborhood Treasure Island, in January 2025. First move-ins take place in February 2025.

Quarterra Multifamily and QuadReal Property Group have broken ground on their third multifamily project together in the Seattle area. The joint venture completed the subsurface work and started vertical construction on The Piper Apartments, which is expected to see its first move-ins in mid-2024.

Quarterra Multifamily has begun construction on a 256-unit community in Boston’s Allston, Mass., neighborhood. Harper, located at 40 Rugg Road, is designed to achieve a LEED Gold certification. The community will include two rooftop decks and 11,000 square feet of green space.
