Grace Hill Announces Winners of 2025 Kingsley and 2024 Ellis Awards

Grace Hill, the innovator of talent and performance management solutions for commercial and multifamily real estate, today announced the winners of the 2025 Kingsley Excellence Awards and the 2024 Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Award for Resident Surveys, which both honor property management companies that have excelled in providing a positive resident experience and created exceptional brand loyalty.

The Kingsley Excellence Awards, established in 2018, recognizes properties that exceed Grace Hill’s Kingsley Index^™ for their overall resident and tenant satisfaction ratings.

For Multifamily, the Elite 5 and Top 100 highlight those who go above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience for residents. The Elite 5 category was introduced three years ago and comprises three tiers based on the number of managed units. For 2025, the Elite 5 winners in each tier are:

The surveys ask residents to rate their experience across five touchpoints — lead conversion, move-in, maintenance, pre-renewal and move-out.
