Grace Hill’s commitment to excellence in the multifamily and commercial real estate industries has impressed industry leaders, as the company won an impressive four Stevie American Business Awards for a second consecutive year. Grace Hill was honored in 2025 with a Gold Stevie Award in Business-to-Business Product and Bronze Stevies in Technology Executive of the Year, Upskilling/Workforce Learning Solution and Corporate Learning/Workforce Development Solution categories. With these wins, Grace Hill builds upon its Stevie Awards success, which includes four wins in 2024, three in 2023, and a Real Estate Company of the Year Silver Stevie Award in 2022.

2025 Business-to-Business Product – Realync by Grace Hill – Gold Stevie Winner
The judges believe that Realync by Grace Hill is a “game-changer for the real estate industry.” They were particularly impressed with how the technology is transforming the way owners and operators drive performance and reduce risk. The judges also noted that AI tools like Photo Extraction and Video Quality Score reflect Grace Hill’s impressive responsiveness to the multifamily industry’s needs, calling Realync “a well-thought-out product that offers solid value and shows promise in the market.”
2025 Upskilling/Workforce Learning Solution – Mystery Shopping by Grace Hill – Bronze Stevie Winner
The judge stated that Mystery Shopping presents a distinctive and impactful blend of performance evaluation and skill enhancement for employees, the Stevies judges said. They highlighted how Grace Hill delivers actionable insights. “This innovative solution provides real-time, actionable insights into the customer experience, enabling real estate organizations to improve service quality and operational efficiency,” they added.
2025 Corporate Learning/Workforce Development Solution – PerformanceHQ by Grace Hill – Bronze Stevie Winner
Judges noted how PerformanceHQ by Grace Hill “addresses a critical issue” and “ is an impressive workforce development solution that thoughtfully combines AI-driven support, gamification and compliance tracking—addressing key pain points in the property management industry.” They also noted how the integration of the Gracie chatbot significantly enhances user experience by offering immediate, multilingual support tailored to specific roles and needs, ensuring users receive the assistance they require in a timely manner.
