Using social media is a great way to drive engagement with your resident and reach prospective renters to have them learn more about your property. However, it can be a challenge to know what to post and where to get additional content. The MHN Executive Council shares their top suggestions for effective social media posts.
“The 5:3:2 rule for content is our foundation—it’s about striking the right balance while engaging our audience and promoting our company and products via social media,” said Stephanie Anderson, “So, that’s five posts from other sources, relevant to your audience; three posts where we create content for our audience; and two personal and fun posts that humanize our brand.”
