Mill Creek Announces Start of Preleasing at Modera Reserve

Mill Creek Residential announced the beginning of preleasing at Modera Reserve, a boutique apartment community located in North Scottsdale’s Kierland neighborhood. The community includes 181 spacious homes, featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, with options for dens, lofts and penthouses averaging 1,233 square feet. Residents will benefit from upscale amenities such as a rooftop lounge, a resort-style pool with private cabanas, a hotel-inspired lobby and a modern fitness center equipped with a sauna and spa.

Historic Building Cycle Winds Down After Record Deliveries
