Accidental Landlords Growing as Home Sellers Delist Properties

Realtor.com’s economic research team reported that delistings jumped 47% in May compared to a year earlier. With more rentals on the market, multifamily owners in some regions may be forced to settle for rent increases in the 1% to 2% range rather than 4% to 5%.
