PetScreening, the leading pet policy management software for the rental-housing industry, today announced that three company leaders have been named 2026 Multifamily Influencers by GlobeSt. CEO and founder John Bradford, Vice President of Education Victoria Cowart, and Director of Asset Owner Solutions Lori Trainer all were honored.
The Influencer awards program recognizes those who are shaping the multifamily sector and creating lasting impacts on the industry. Winners will be highlighted on GlobeSt.com and on GlobeSt.’s social media channels and email newsletters in early October. The Influencers also will be recognized at GlobeSt.’s annual Multifamily Fall conference in San Diego on Oct. 21-22.
“The Influencer Awards are among the most esteemed in the industry, and we’re truly humbled that three members of the PetScreening team were recognized with this honor,” Bradford said. “This is further validation that our platform is making a pronounced impact in the rental-housing space and helping operators to create a genuinely modern pet-inclusive and pet-responsible environment for their teams and their residents.”
Bradford launched PetScreening in 2017 with the ambition of helping rental-housing operators implement more pet-inclusive policies and generate more pet-related revenue. The software, offered at no charge to housing providers and property managers, has experienced explosive growth and has become the most widely adopted pet policy management platform in the rental-housing industry. Trusted by property managers nationwide, PetScreening serves millions of units.
Cowart, a CPM and a member of the NAAEI Faculty, spearheads PetScreening’s educational initiatives on pressing topics such as assistance animals, pet-revenue management, Fair Housing, and pet-related risk-management issues. She has worked in the rental-housing industry for more than 35 years. Since joining PetScreening in early 2021, she has conducted more than 270 educational sessions with clients and industry groups. She is also passionate about encouraging the multifamily industry to take a proactive approach to mental health. She is certified to facilitate the National Council for Mental Wellbeing’s Adult Mental Health First Aid curriculum for companies and industry associations in the rental-housing industry.
“It’s been extremely rewarding to assist in PetScreening’s pursuit to provide meaningful education for the industry,” Cowart said. “I always strive to bring an unmistakable energy and enthusiasm to educating the industry about pets, assistance animals, operational math, conflict resolution and mental health, and it’s humbling to be recognized by GlobeSt alongside two of my colleagues. We will continue to push the boundaries and create more educational opportunities for our friends in the industry.”
Trainer joined PetScreening in 2025 after spending nearly 30 years on the owner/manager side of the industry. Her firsthand knowledge of the daily challenges encountered by operators has been vital to PetScreening’s continued expansion. Firmly aware of how much trust matters when operators choose supplier partners, Trainer aims to bring an operator mindset into every conversation, helping clients feel heard, supported and confident in the PetScreening platform.
“Having perspective of the various pain points operators face certainly helps when helping them to find the right solution,” Trainer said. “For an operator, it’s not only about finding a platform that assists day-to-day operations, but one that can serve as a true partner that offers continual support throughout the process. That’s precisely what we aim to do at PetScreening.”
